Welcome to Unka GO, a ride-hailing app operating in Zambia, with integrated wallet functionality provided by Bevura. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Unka GO platform, including the Unka GO mobile app and website, as well as the Bevura wallet feature. By using Unka GO, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. User Eligibility
To use Unka GO and the Bevura wallet, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for an Unka GO account and Bevura wallet.
3. Wallet Payments
The Bevura wallet allows users to load funds and make payments for Unka GO services.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their Bevura wallet credentials.
Unka GO and Bevura are not responsible for unauthorized wallet transactions.
4. Ride Requests and Payments
Users can request rides through the Unka GO app and make payments using the Bevura wallet.
Pricing details, including ride fares, cancellation fees, and wallet top-up methods, are available in the app.
5. Bevura Wallet Transactions
Users can use the Bevura wallet for various in-app transactions, including payments for ride services, wallet top-ups, and other services facilitated by Unka GO.
6. Wallet Refunds
Requests for refunds of wallet balances are subject to the policies and procedures outlined by Bevura.
Unka GO will facilitate wallet refunds according to Bevura’s guidelines.
8. Code of Conduct
Users must treat drivers, other users, and service providers with respect and follow local laws and regulations.
Harassment, discrimination, and inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

Unka GO takes safety seriously. Users are expected to prioritize safety during rides.
Emergency services should be contacted in case of emergencies.
9. Ratings and Reviews
Users can rate and review drivers and services.
Inappropriate or false ratings/reviews are not allowed.
10. Privacy

Wallet transaction data may be used for service purposes and regulatory compliance.
11. Modifications
